Here's a tip: You can set the max limit of firewood so it doesn't eat in to you wood supply for building. You have almost 800 firewood and 250 normal wood, setting the max limit of firewood to 200 the min limit at AUTO is always half that, which means wood choppers will stop cutting wood at 200 and only start again if you go under 100. This means your building wood will start to stack a lot faster.

I was actually thinking about this concept of a settlement a few months ago but never took time to look further into it. Nice to see it done in this series 👍🏼I believe it'll be a great design!
