Very useful! If I might make a suggestion: if one of the martial artists turned around we KZbinrs could see both the front and back angles for further study! Thank you, blessings!

It is so helpful to have you show the Form from the back so that when I try to do it along with you, I am moving the same foot and the same hand in the same direction!! Thank you!

Beautiful to watch, I’ve just started Tai Chi, I’m 61 and really enjoying it. Today I did this 10th form with the class, well, as you can imagine I was slightly lost, so, I am very happy to have found your teaching of this, thank you, I will use this for my practicing. ❤️🙏❤️

Thank you so much for filming this and posting it. So generous! I’m learning the 10 form now in a class, so it’s really helpful to be able to see this at home to practice. Very beautiful form and setting. As someone else commented, it’s so cool to practice along with you both. ❤️

Yes it takes a while to learn the form by heart. Did you see our videos for the 10 Form picture by picture? The discription is in german, but I think it is als helpful to follow just the showed movements. Best wishes!

Łączy w sobie elementy walki z ruchomą medytacją i filozofią samodoskonalenia poprzez umiejętność panowania w jednakowym stopniu nad swoim ciałem i umysłem.

Sorry could not get past the first two moves due to them being incorrect. True Taijiquan "never" pivots on the toes only the heel pivots in order to stay grounded.
