Tai Chi Practice - Snake Creeps Down

Take just one movement from your Tai Chi form and repeat it at least 20 times SLOWLY to induce proper muscle memory. Here we work with Snake Creeps Down. Don't forget to hook your crane hand behind you so you feel your triceps.

probably my favorite position in the longer forms of Tai Chi snake creeps low or creep low like snake both losely translated , at first its hard to keep the back straight but patience and time the person will get lower but als ohave the back straight , when I started tai chi back in the mdid 1990s i aledy have tha tkind of flexabilty , not so much now dont practice as often as I would like I live in a very tinmy bach suit and being a tall largeframed person doesnt help lol so this movement I dont have room to do ;(
