Kai is defenetly the strongest and most powerful. But although Shen is unfortunately the weakest in the fighting level, with his canon it is very different question, because unless they master inner peace it’s KO for Tai-Lung and for Kai….I don’t even know how that would affect him. In terms of raw power OBVIOUSLY KAI. He's a spirit and can't be killed. Can absorb chi and turn enemies into gems or clones that have shared view. Like a Rinnegan. Tai Lung is just strong with a nerve pointing technique. And Shen is agile but most of his strength came from his invention and his army.

Kai solos the other 2 combined. Disclaimer: I’m seeing KFP4 tomorrow. If the movie changes the scaling, I’ll come back to this comment to edit it. Edit: The scaling didn’t change. But holy shlt were the villains butchered. I like the Chameleon and I like how she was powerful enough to beat the other 3. But still, I didn’t like how Kai and Shen got 0 lines, 0 fight scenes, 0 development, etc. The 3 villains just went from utterly despising Po to suddenly showing him respect at the end and just returning to the spirit realm like it was no big deal. Like wasn’t Kai’s entire motivation to get out of the spirit realm to pursue his goals? He was pissed when he got sent back, and yet here he just walks back no problem. The movie was going so good until the ending. Cobra Kai does a good job at having 3 previous villains make peace with the protagonist. KFP just did it out of nowhere and it made 0 sense

@@maritimesteak8540just saw the movie today and I don’t think TL is even remotely close to Kai. Both of them got negged by Chameleon. All TL did this movie was beat the crap out of a bunch of fodder Komodo dragons, which is nothing Kai can’t do. As it stands, Kai battled on par with Oogway, who blitzed and oneshot TL. TL also beat KFP1 Shifu high diff, who’s weaker than KFP3 Shifu. Kai fought on par with KFP3 Shifu along with 3 F5 members all at once. And Kai was stomping KFP3 Base Po, who’s above the KFP1 Base Po who beat TL (granted there was some context behind the fight). Kai negs Tai Lung. TL’s Komodo dragon feat is the only thing he got in this movie. Kai scales way above TL thanks to fight with Oogway (they literally shook the earth in their fight). In fact, Kai already beat Tai Lung to get his chi.

I feel like all of this depends on what they are allowed to have. If it’s nothing, Tai lung wins, being the best at direct combat. If you are allowed to use weapons, Kai wins. Tai lung doesn’t use weapons and lord shen, although having an overabundance of weapons and litteral cannons, would probably still lose. However if you may use everything, I believe Lord Shen would win. Tai lung, again, has nothing, kai has them green minions but Shen has cannons, weapons in case of combat, many MANY soldiers, archers, cannoneers, and might.

Kai doesn't need chi to whoop shen and tai lung. Kai's strength is just ridiculous, even without chi he is clearly shown to statues (oogway statue) pull gigantic boulders or stone and toss them with ease. His experience is also something that's just not comparable to the others.

tai lung is the strongest he could hold two boulders one on each arm with being heavily paralised he is faster and more agile tai lung has better fighting skills as he could beat the furious five in one strike and even if shifu did not hesitate to kick tai lung tai lung would still have demolished him this is shown in their rematch when shifu destroyed the boulder and tai lung punched him he could have parylised shifu or knock him out again but he spared him tai lung was not able to breath or move or eat or drink for twenty years but was still okay and sure kai took his chi but it was likely because he was caught of guard like the chameleon did also there were in the spirit realm wich give kai the advantage to catch him take his chi before tai lung can defeat him like he did with oogway

People really underestimate lord shens’s skill. What I think most people aren’t realizing is that since he is the weakest of the 3 villains, he had to make up for that weakness with skill. He beats master ox and croc in the beginning of the film, and both of them Individually are stronger than shen let alone together. This means shen has to be leagues better than them just to not get crushed. Not saying shen is better than the other 2 villains, but his skill is definitely on par or only slightly lower than them at worst.
