To answer AK's question: On the Express train, there are 6 cars, 5 cars are for passengers and 1 is for luggages. You can't see that car though because it is blocked by the platform :)

I thought this is only available if you fly Taiwan-based airlines such as EVA Air and flag carrier China Airlines. I wonder if they're going to extend the service to Starlux Airlines (Taiwan's third airline) passengers.
