Milord, I can confirm that unless someone tells you it's chicken butt you will end up just thinking that it's chicken. Gristly, chewy chicken.

Found your stuff through your Turkey vids. Good stuff! I quite liked Taiwan during my last visit, and wouldn't mind going back. Felt like China mixed with some Japan and a bit SE Asia (maybe not fully accurate). I lived in Japan for a while and while it was great, i quite appreciated the more casual vibes of Taiwan.

Yeah possibly! For me it’s pretty nice because I can speak Mandarin. Although sometimes the Taiwanese dialects here are a bit difficult to understand
