His name is JP is 藤井 隆, and the name of the song is ナンダカンダ He used to do crazy stuff as a comedian. Still, after his daughter was born, he stopped crazy (and Shimoneta), much less to be on TV. He shifted more ta o acting, directing movies, and Yoshimoto Shinkigeki, which you can only see in the theater so that his daughter would not be bullied or embarrassed.
