Take It to the Limit with Chaos Mods: Starfield Essentials

Just installed Gang's All Here this evening. Flipping excellent mod. I really don't understand why bethesda only ever allows one follower. For balance? Nah. I've got the modular difficulty settings such that i am one shotted by a sniper if i don't check every rooftop as i raid a base. Even with FIVE followers it's still plenty challenging. Earlier this evening i was raiding a random military base full of crimson fleet with all four recruitable constellation members + vasco. Intense firefight. Absolute blast. I don't want to be that guy but "this should have been in the vanilla game at launch". Tomorrow evening i'll try this Bedlam mod out. That sounds awesome.

If you equip your companions with auto-medic gear and give them some med packs they won't go down on you so much. Just an observation. Great vid. As usual.

OOOH that's a neat idea. You mean like craft some legendary armor with auto-medic for them? inara.cz/starfield/legendary-effects/

@@RichardBejtlich Yes. I normally kit out my companions with a space suit that has auto-medic in slot 2. Then give them about 30 med packs. That lasts them quite a while and they almost never go down om me anymore. Give it a try. You'll see.

You should do a playthrough where either you or someone else just installs a bunch of random mods that you/they randomly found. That would get chaotic fast

Other great mods to increase the difficulty (depending on your level) are the Minimum Energy Level and Dynamic System Levels mod series by Youngneil1. They raise the minimum level of enemies to either 75% or 100% of your level, and also raise the levels of planetary systems.

@@RichardBejtlich I'm level 247 and am very careful... I generally try mods for something new but delete them before accumulating too many.
