Very tasty and healthy oatmeal cookies! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Recipe without milk, without eggs, without sugar. Fast, tasty and healthy.
Recipe number 1:
150 grams of rolled oats.
Crush in a blender.
Almond 60 gr.
Crush in a blender.
150 ml plant milk.
1 teaspoon Baking powder.
sweetener erythritol 1 tbsp.
Stir thoroughly.
Grease baking pans with butter.
Bake in the oven at 180 C 350 F for 30 minutes.
Fillers optional.
I have chocolate without sugar.
Bake in the microwave for 3 minutes.
While our mini cake bakes, let's prepare a delicious and healthy oatmeal treat.
Recipe #2:
150 grams of rolled oats.
20 g vegetable oil (2 tbsp).
50ml of water.
100 ml kefir.
substitute erythritol (1 tbsp).
1 teaspoon Baking powder.
60 grams of walnuts.
Nuts as desired and according to your taste.
Water.
Do it like in the video.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350F/ 35-40 minutes.

24.03.2023 ich habe gerade die Kekse gebacken. Hat sehr gut geklappt. Nach alter Tradition müsste etwas mehr Süsses rein. Aber weniger ist besser, wir gewöhnen uns gerade daran.
