Hey dude, pioneer when it comes to showing you actually answering your students questions in real time. Being an innovator on and off the mats!! I like the mindset.

Good to see you making more videos. I started bjj 1.5 years ago at 45 yrs old, and I watched a lot of your videos as I was learning fundamentals - super helpful!

Thanks so much for sharing! That armpit clamp action is something I’ve been wanting to focus more on. Is the proper response for them to break your leg grips at all costs?

How do you keep the guy from using his legs to ankle lock you here?
@jaredbrooks82843 жыл бұрын
I was wondering the same
@jaredbrooks82843 жыл бұрын
Maybe this favours someone with a longer shin, I guess you’d wanna hide your ankle on the side of them like an ordinary body triangle
@am78823 жыл бұрын
Ye, thinking about the same thing.
@gonzalosanchez63872 жыл бұрын
This looks almost the same as a body triangle. For being able to ankle lock you would need the locked foot on the mat. You prob also have to be care to have your locked foot high up on the body for less torque
