@@thomass.4007 seoi otoshi is a drop (otoshi) technique. In seoi nage there is a lift of the uke.

@@VPolecat Exactly, but drop seoi otoshi is usually how amateurs do it. Properly done, you drop in between ukes legs and explode diagonally upwards

@@thomass.4007 Yep. I replied to you by mistake, i meant replying to Karl. In this video there is a lift of the uke, so it should be called seoi nage. In BJJ though, players posture is so bad and backwards, that seoi otoshi tends to happen more than seoi nage, and actually happens so far from uke legs that is basically sumi otoshi.
