Overnight oats!! Try that out, so many recipes on the internet, you put it together at night, let it sit in the fridge overnight and voila breakfast is waiting for you in the fridge the next morning 🥰

I do a small portion of raw oats, crushed walnuts, ground flax, cinnamon, ghee, raisins and a touch of maple syrup. Also i make a gluten free bagel i put whipped cream cheese and garlic salt on. Im not a cereal fan either. My husband likes to make breakfast burritos of his own foods or poached eggs with toast.

Honestly with syngoniums, I found that they do best in water. Might be just me but I had one in a riparium type setup and the plant took over my entire wall in only a few months xD since then I keep all my syngoniums in water and they seem to grow a lot faster and near to no dead leaves. (I do however keep them in aquarium water, so maybe it's the fertility from that rather than keeping them in water per se)
