Taking Kids To Catch Giant Pythons In The Florida Everglades. One of my favorite things to do its teach younger generations the importance of conservation and how to properly hunt pythons. Invasive species are a big issue here in Florida and its very important we teach these kids about them. I had a blast with these guys and I was proud of them for over coming their fears of pythons!

I really appreciate the way you treat these pythons. Even though they're a harmful invasive species, you treat them pretty carefully and make sure you put them down properly. It's a little easy for some people to forget that these animals are still deserving of that basic humane respect, so thank you for teaching the next gen the right way to do it.

What you’re doing for the kid’s, it’s really great to see! Not to mention anything to get kids away from WiFi and brings them outdoors, it’s definitely a win. Python cowboy I love your Chanel first and foremost.. had to subscribe.. im glad you do the work you do not just to help your homeland residents and native species of all kinds.. I love that your dog is a big part in helping you when your by yourself since that’s extremely dangerous.. however when I seen this video I was sooooo very happy that your not just educating people in general but also educating the kids that live there whom will come across these animals while living there but also after facing their fears and learning about the snakes respecting them and learning to get these invasive reptiles out of Florida in a safe respectful way.. these are your future perspective hunters.. the ones to possibly later on continue the fight against these snakes and hopefully get your homeland back on track. It is really cool how you took your time with the kids. So many times if the kid hesitates or makes a mistake the adult will just take over. I was really impressed you kept working with Joey. Not everyone is a natural when they try somthing new.

There is actually an amazingly deep connection between humans and the fear of snakes that has been engrained in our DNA for millennia. that’s really weird. my whole family is insanely scared of snakes and said when i was 3 i caught a garden snake and brought it in. since then i’ve always caught snakes and released. and now own my own python

In the 90s I cruise the frontage roads in Arizona to remove rattle snakes that were heading toward homes. We took them back deeper in the desert to release them.

Hea Mike just a thought, maybe get Joey to handle some smaller snakes & workup. My Mom was not to keen on snakes but my dad got me into scouting so had time to learn the outdoors, got me to the point I spent any time I could out in the woods looking for snake venomous or not, in fact in 9th grade I caught a copperhead at my school & brought it back to class ( still alive ) my Biology teacher gave me a passing grade the rest of the year. We killed it by sticking it in an ice chest & setting it in the cooler at school. My Mom was working in the school that day & I never thought I would hear the end of it at home how I caught a venomous snake & how I could have been bit.
