@@thisisjogon Thank you. Your videos have helped me a lot over the past few weeks. I'm nearing 50 and they have been the kick in the arse that I needed to get back into shape. I'll be hitting you up for a shirt soon if you still do them, so I can represent you here in downunder. I'm almost at the point when I'll be dropping from an XL to an L.

@@MyCovertNarcissism Awesome to hear - sometimes it takes an extra push to get the train rolling. Absolutely welcome to and yeah if you would like a Large or XL whatever you think works I've got both in stock. Order from website or just email and we can go from there. Horrible weather begins now in the UK, staying strong and getting outside through winter is the toughest part. Run strong Harry

The bridge is tough. The first time I was supposed to include it in my long run I arrived, looked at it and turned back. I'm not afraid of it now, though. I run over it and along Western Shore and up to Pear Tree Green. I ran the Manchester 10k this year; it's mostly flat.

I've only just discovered this channel today, really well polished and very entertaining content. I think you have nailed the balance between serious (these are my splits, this is the main feature of the course) with light hearted clips of distracting people with your mid-race vlogging and post race chat with your dad.

Great running, Harry and Steve! I’ve only taken running seriously in the last year and only started racing in July - marriage separation meant I needed something to focus on! I’ve watched a lot of your videos at various events and you’ve really done a lot through KZbin and podcasting to help with motivation. It’s interesting that I’m also now spotting numerous people that I’ve raced with, including Alice, whom I ran the Baltonsborough 5 Miler with in August! Sure I’ll see you at an event somewhere round here soon, keep it up 👊🏻
