I'm 58 years old and hoping to work my way up to a half marathon.I did 10k in 60 mins today so some ways to go yet but loving the challenge. Great channel really helping with motivation.

That looked a real fun day. Great run by you Harry and even better by GB Louise. Well done to Steve. I ran 10k last Friday, Hatfield Broad Oak in 55.38 after recovering from mild Covid. Fingers crossed for improving times later this year. Well done all!

Satisfying time particularly when you're not specifically training for a half and the hills you had to contend with. That 3:59km near the end took some mental strength when you were getting progressively slower and I think that 1:25 is on at some point. Great video once again, Harry!

Wow, amazing harry and you looked and sounded so happy, 😊back in 1982 i won my only half marathon whilst living in Southampton, it was The Totton Half and my time was same as yours exactly !!! i was told off by some guys who said i could break 1.30 if i would just stop talking, 😊 they were being nice ,

Another awesome video! It’s made me want to find a bigger half to sign up to! Half way through I was like ‘hang on the whole thing is being filmed how’s he doing that’ then saw GB Louise’s shadow and was like ‘wow, she’s running and it so smooth even at that pace’. Great run both of you!

Congratulations on completing the event. It’s a good course even if a bit on the hilly side. I ran a half marathon in 2015. My first and sadly my last official half marathon event. I intend to change that soon. I ran that even at Bournemouth Marathon Festival in a time of about 1 hour 41 minutes. I am getting back and want to get more events done but building fitness back up from zero. Up to 5k now but a long long way to go.

@@thisisjogon Thank you Harry. Thought I had a great run: 24:41. When the results came in I discovered that I was second in the VM70-74 grade and I had been outrun by some old fart by 1:10 minutes! That's 10 seconds faster than my two year old PB. As for the marathon (I did the 10k this year) I trained running through Church dip. I thought dragging myself out of it after 12 miles was going to be a big problem (it wasn't), but it proved too steep to actually run down into. Another great video. Thanks.

The Hoka Rincon, I’d highly recommend it. Personally I go up a size in Hoka’s yes great to have that toe space.
