This takes me back to the old simpler times, with no facecam and just yelling at every single misplay with no belief that I would be even worse at this game.

This is like the fourth "Renaissance" in less than 2 years tbh. I feel like we're still seeing the same egg from the golden goblets just with extra dad energy. He is trying to be reminded of his youth at this time I believe. More baby. Same POG.

This is my absolute fave series in no small part due to the commentary, hearing you talk through your thought process is great and feels very pre-twitch "banter" heavy NL where the podcast was only on Isaac and not every game

"I love just having the ability to put up a ton of blocks until we get the dream turn, and then we can play all these Smites" NL, congratulations. You now understand how the Watcher works. Also, yes, Pressure Points is *sick* and I absolutely love a build where I just say "no attacks only Pressure Points" because it scales really well.

@@wordtomyflag Ok, let's say you use two upgraded pressure points, so that's 11 + 22 = 33 *cumulative* damage for 2 energy already. With 3 that becomes 33 + 33 = 66, with four 66 + 44 = 110 and so on. Oh, and all of that damage ignores block. How is that terrible again?
@beanie79653 жыл бұрын
One thing I would recommend doing at the start of any 'your deck is a big pile of jank' daily is immediately going to deck and sorting by type. You don't have to read literally every card but being able to see what your deck is lacking in broad strokes goes a long way for informing your decisions in how you play and what you pick. If you see your deck is massively lacking offence then you can be seeking good attacks straight away and know that you should prioritize playing what offence you have to avoid drawn out fights. Love the content and these StS daily vids are always a blast.

Obviously good plays to NL and I have lots of respect for him, but also those times where he had, say, 2 crescendo, 2 smite, an empty mind and 10 energy, and would do Smite, Smite, Empty Mind Like, I know it's on me, but it makes me cringe
