If You ask about frequency, Yes there are couple channels programmed and could be changed by click of a button. It work inside ISM band.

It's just piece of wire - only thing You should care is to make it same length (cut any wire to match length and You will be good) - if You get different length it will limit TX ability and increase SWR.

Have you tried to change the receiver antenna? Is it hard? I have mine broken and I didn't find the diagram in any place!

Antenna it's just a piece of wire, mine also broken and I use electrical insulated wire 1mm2 (but can be other size) - recommend silicone one (more flexible). - for best performance about 8.6cm length for 1/4 wavelength on 868Mhz.
