എനിക്ക് നീർകെട്ട് വന്ന് 3 മാസം ആയുർവേദ ചികിത്സ ചെയ്തതാണ്. മുട്ടുവേദനയും, ഷോൾഡർ പെയ്നും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അതു് മർമ്മ ചികിത്സ ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്ഥലം കൂടിയായി രുന്നു. അവിടന്ന് പറഞ്ഞത് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും വൈകുന്നേരം കുളിക്കരുത് 10 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പ് കുളി കഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കണം എന്നാണ് .വൈകിട്ട് കുളിച്ചാൽ മുട്ടുവേദന മാറില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ഞാൻ വീട്ടിൽ നിൽക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് പലപ്പോഴും വൈകിട്ടാണ് കുളിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നതു്. ഇപ്പോൾ കാലത്ത് കുളിയാക്കിയപ്പോൾ എന്റെ മുട്ടുവേദന ഒരിക്കലും മാറില്ല എന്നു വിചാരിച്ചിരുന്നു ന്നതാണ്. അതിന് ഇപ്പോൾ നല്ല കുറവുണ്ട്. ഇതു് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ ഒരു Confusion .വൈകുന്നേരങ്ങളിലെ കുളി രോഗികളായിട്ടുള്ളവർ ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതല്ലേ നല്ലത്.

തുമ്മല്‍, ചെവിയില്‍ മുഴക്കം, ചെവി വേദന, മൂക്കൊലിപ്പ് ഇവയാണ് എൻ്റെ പ്രശ്നം. മുടി കൊഴിച്ചിലുമുണ്ട്. ടാൽകം പൌഡർ ,സ്പ്രേ, ചില സോപ്പുകൾ, ബ്യൂട്ടി ക്രീമുകൾ എന്നിവയുടെ മണം ( , റോസ് , മുല്ല പോലെ മാദകഗന്ധമുള്ള ഏതു മണവും) എനിക്ക് അലർജിയാണ്. മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞതരം മണമുള്ള വസ്തുക്കള്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന അവസ്ഥയില്‍ ആരെങ്കിലും 50 മീററര്‍ ദൂരെക്കൂടിപ്പോയാൽപ്പോലും എനിക്ക് അലർജിയാണ്. കൂടാതെ anxiety neurosis ൻ്റെ പ്രശ്നവുമുണ്ട്. ഇവക്ക് പരിഹാരമായി ഏത് എണ്ണയും കഷായവുമാണ് ഡോക്ടര്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കേണ്ടത്?
