Right?? Everyone is talking about his voice which is indeed amazing... But what about his lyrics?!? How can someone so young understand enough to write with such wisdom - his song about not losing himself, for example. And how can someone with so little experience write lyrics that speak to such a vast audience? I'm seriously impressed. Plus all of the melodies he writes are beautiful and touching by themselves. Amazing!

Benicio is a gifted song writer. People often complain AGT has way too many singers. But what competition can you find a young opera singer, someone with a disability singing so gracefully, a singer with phenomenal originals that are beyond his age, and a group that sings with the purpose of healing? You can’t. American Idol and The Voice wouldn’t have opera singers in the final or someone singing an original. My vote goes to Benicio. I’m hoping he wins. Kodi is a close second.

Christina 🖊📖 Alejandro Aranda sang four originals in the finale of American Idol (7 total of original songs in the whole season). He played awesome guitar and piano as well. Just for your information. But what I like about AGT is the diverse talents of the contestants. It is definitely not just a singing competition.
