I've got a question! When I do a split, my backleg is not turned out. My knee doesn't point to the side it points downwards / it lays on the floor. Same for my foot. Is that wrong? I saw both options and I absolutely can't turn it out like Talia. Can anybody help?? Btw I love your videos Talia :-) 💓
