He had an ego and was a bit of eccentric person as well (as was his music). It is not secret. He may have been great with fans, but sometimes mocked journalists or was aloof. And he was very private to the very end.

Somehow, this band escaped my attention though I do recall the name when talk talk made the charts in the 80's. Now after Mark's passing, I'm listening to more and more of them, and realizing that I missed out on a great band. A sad loss for all. R.I.P Mark.

Neil Worroll. Had the pleasure of talking to mark before the Colour of Spring Concert in Birmingham. He was delightful and generous with his time. The boys signed my album. It still holds pride of place in my collection. They say don’t meet your heroes. He didn’t disappoint. Thank you Mark.

This band is absolutely amazing one of the greatest bands to come out of the '80s they're early stuff are all hits they've got over 20 hits in my mind and I wore out two sets of cassettes and on my second set of CDs they are just amazing

anyone who has followed Mark Hollis and TalkTalk knows this is lip sync and there hate of it., but it dosnt stop it being one of there most emotional songs, he never wanted to release another single but had no choice you can see it in his face. Love this band so much.

Maybe not a live track, but he's clearly singing it. Don't know what to make of that. Perhaps they used some of the isolated master tracks from the album for the instrumentation that wasn't on stage (I think they would have had access to them). Still a beautiful song.
