As a small content creator who has been doing this for almost 2 years now, this was exactly what I needed to hear. I have a friend in the content world who blew up and has far surpassed me, and at first I was jealous. But I've realized that I got into this for the fun of it. My first video was just a fun thing I wanted to do. I think the low effort content thing is super true though. I make these tier list videos that are by far my most popular videos and those are literally opening OBS and loading card images and talking. No script. No real editing and people seem to enjoy them. But if I take hours and hours to write a script, take my time with edits, it does worse. So I try to balance the "easy views" with the content I really enjoy making in the hopes I can get some of those new viewers to get those new viewers into my other content. And it has worked well. And I try not to farm views with negative content or outrage. I know it would probably get me more clicks, but in the end I want to be a positive voice in my community that brings joy to anyone who wants to watch my stuff. Also, I've watched all of you for over a decade at this point, and y'all are my favorite creators by far. It's cool seeing how everyone has grown and while you've changed, I think it's for the better. Much love!

44:30 thats what happened with Ro. I loved Nerdy Nummies when it was just a small little kitchen with a handful of tools everyone could easily have laying around. It turned into a full on Cooking Network esque show with a million dollar kitchen and every tool and gadget money could buy... It completely lost it's charm.

It great to hear Dodger trying and enjoying Warframe, it's for many reasons currently in the best spot it's ever been. A few years heavily focused on streamlining, polishing and improving things have taken a great but flawed game into new heights. Fun fact; The current Creative Director, Rebecca Ford, has said that she views Warframe's history as pre and post TotalBiscuit eras. He made a video on it long ago which significantly kicked of it's popularity. She also upon hearing of his death during an official stream in chock and tears cancelled it.

I've watched many friends just blast off while I'm over here going on 8 years of this and can barely get anyone to hang out. It makes me feel like I'm garbage and you know what, maybe I am and that's just something I gotta accept, but I'm gonna keep doing it because I'm having fun and I have a small handful of friends that come to every stream. The video started with Arials, then Lonely Day, than BYOB. I saw the wind get knocked out of him when BYOB kicked in it was amazing.

What's weird is that I keep confusing this movie with The Taking of Pelham 123, another train movie, only to just looked it up now to realize that both movies feature Denzel Washington and both were directed by Tony Scott. Funny how the brother of the guy who created Alien made two train movies back to back.

She also has started research into "Harsh vocals" because she wants to know what makes them tick and she just wants to learn and teach and it is great.
