She's telling him to live *this* life, to remember everyone in front of him, everyone waiting at home and everyone he is to meet in the future, especially his daughter. I cannot read that line in the book without tearing up.

I do wonder if one of the reasons that so many people were emotionally reactant to Roxy and Rudy is because cheating is such a common place thing these days, that many people have had some experience with a partner or a parent cheating, resulting in a complete upheaval of their life. While the show's solution, given the universe, is to just have Rudy take on multiple wives, it could very well make them question the response to their experience with it.

1:23:00 Back when 9 11 happened in 2001, it was all over the TV every single day and it even interrupted my cartoons in the morning that I often watched each morning before school. So when it happened, I was really traumatized because not only would I miss the cartoons, but the day would start off so depressing at what happened and I think it was at this point when the world itself went insane. Every time when major news would happen, first thing I tell my parents when I am looking after my younger family members is to NOT turn on the news. And what did they do??? They turned on the TV and it was the Jan 6 situation from 2021 and I was so angry that my parents would have that TV on when at the same time I was trying to watch Sailor Moon with my niece and nephew. I got so angry at my parents, it was like living that same trauma all over again and I didn't want my niece and nephew to see that thing on TV because of the trauma I felt when 9 11 happened when I was a teenager back in the day.

Eris thought that she was never gonna get back home. So for Rudeus to safely escort her back home, yet to also know that she wasn't strong enough to save Rudeus from being almost killed by the Dragon God/Man, I think after watching Season 1 of the Anime I get that she highly admired Rudeus but she wanted to improve herself so she can better protect Rudeus when faced against a enemy that he couldn't defeat. So that is why I think Eris left Rudeus from what I saw as someone who only watched the Anime adaptation. True I would have loved to get the context of the Light Novel, but I already have large library of Light Novels and Manga in my room, recently was told to move some of my manga out of my room that was crowding up areas of my bedroom. So as much as I would love to collect the Jobless Reincarnation light novel, I just have to prioritize what I can choose to collect and support in written form. So far I am collecting I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire, a beautiful comedy of how 1 man thinks of himself verses what other people think about the main character and the differences of how one perceive themselves verses others perceiving them from their own actions. I enjoyed edgy Anime like School Days especially when it comes to playing the School Days visual novel and the perception of knowing what the original story had and what the Anime Adaptation chose to adapt.

When it comes to spoilers, just wait for when I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire gets an Anime Adaptation. Not gonna spoil what happens, but one of the MC's best Male Friends does something really wild during the later part of the Light Novel around Vol 5 of that series. I think the Manga version is still covering moments of Vol 3 of the Light Novel, but when the Manga version covers Vol 5 Light Novel content they will soon get to see things go really wild in that story arc.

Kotonoha from School Days, she is top tier waifu in my view because she is so adorable I would never want to hurt her. But even then, I have played the School Days visual novel to know how crazy she can get especially when Mokoto and Sekai betray her trust. One of those endings are so tragic, you can feel for her even when she is in total Yandere mode.

1:24:50 If I had enough money, I would get BOTH consoles and enjoy the games that both SNES and Genesis had. I ended up doing that during the PS3/XBox360/Wii Gen when I had enough to buy all 3 of those consoles because I was a Nintendo Fan, who wanted to experience Gaming outside of Nintendo's console and I often wished I could have had a Genesis/Saturn/Dreamcast in the past but because I didn't I wanted to still support SEGA as a 3rd Party Publisher and the only way to do that was to get all 3 consoles and every handheld from DS/3DS and PSP/PS Vita when it came to their handheld games that might only be on that system. Of course only do it when you have the money to support your hobby, don't do that when you are too young to earn it else your parents will be angry for you spending on so many video games all at once.

I think it’s interesting you said when the first season came out it felt like people didn’t want others to like it or whatever. I watched the first season when it came out because all I heard about it was “It’s the grandfather of Isekai” and people calling it the best isekai ever made. I probably wouldn’t have watched it without hearing all the praise it got when it released, and it’s at least top 10 for me now.

But at the same time it could be so, so much better if it was more 1:1 with the novels. The story deserves that kind of treatment and we're just not getting it... It's university, not high-school. And Cliff's already 18, well into the setting's age of majority. And even with adulthood counted from 15, children in such a setting aren't seen in the same way we see them; they're miniature adults, essentially, who just don't know everything they should yet. So us trying to see how he'd be expected to see the situation with Elinalise has to take those things into account.

I think Luke juice sped it up but it would have happened over time. he was on a recovery path. where before there was just nothing at all.

I think Rifujin introduced the medicine as a middle finger to highschool romance stories. Rudeus would've taken months if not a few years to fully recover with Sylphie, with all kinds of close calls and small moments of intimacy happening in the mean time. You can easily write a three-season romcom from that basic premise alone and fill it with every cliche in the book. But if we look at what's going on in the story other than that, the sisters were already en-route to Rudeus and Geese's letter would arrive shortly thereafter. So Rudeus got his house in a very opportune time, and he wouldn't have gotten it without his night with Sylphie.

I like it aswell altho in season 2 it did start to feel a bit much but that just made the labyrinth arc that more exciting seeing old characters. I like that Rudeus isn't the kind of MC that's scared of women never does anything dude actually gets married and has a kid like halfway through the series

Mushoku Tensei DOES have a lot of technical flaws in its worldbuilding and in the overall plot. It could REALLY have used an editor before being published. That said, it has no right being THIS well written as a story. The flaws do not affect the core story being told.

I feel it's kinda sad we don't learn about the six faced world in the series more. It would give context to the man god. And Laplace. I also really hate what the author did with Eris post timeskip. She was such an interesting character to me. But ehh. It's still pretty good series. But far from perfect.

@@kristoffer2250 No, they are not, because they can't be. I'm up to volume 7 in the light novel and many problems are still there because changing them might impact the story. The story has flaws, just like the characters. That's kind of poetic.
