Thank you Yankees fan! That kid got a early lesson on how the old school Canadian traditions will die hard! Being a good sport means respecting your opponent and if I caught a yankee home run ball is feel cursed to keep it. I’d have to give it to a yank fan.

What an amazing moment. Such love and positivity! Long-Time Yankees Fan here. My family got off a boat from Scotland around 1922 or so. And settled in NYC, so I have heard all the stories. That's why I am a Yankees Fan. But right this second... I am a Jays Fan too! Glad if someone had to stop the 11-game winning streak.... it was them. Great guy. And I think Canadians are great People!

Second of all, multiple reporters who were in the building said they barely heard any cheering, just a small spattering of assholes. TO has a lot of shitheads but that's a bad example. Im 58 years old, been a diehard Yankees fan for as long as i can remember. We talk smack about our opposing teams, especially in the AL east, and we even talk smack about their fans - but this is where we see humanity at it's finest. This is where God is working. To see the joy from that kid made my day. My hat is off to that blue jays fan. Good for you, and may he be an example to all of us out there.
