Welby should reconsider his notions of giving a billion from the church as reparations for slavery from nearly 200 years ago and allocate funds for the damages to be paid to the many victims of Smyth. Welby has failed completely in addressing abuses in the Church and he needs to be held directly accountable for sweeping child abuse under the carpet for so many years.
