and just to be clear, I do visit my family once a year but not on Christmas or Thanksgiving. When I do visit, we eat one large meal together on the weekend and they make the whole meal vegan for me. In terms of spirituality and veganism, there is much I could say but it's a large topic so I'll leave it off the table. Thanks for putting together another Talks on Tuesday. You ladies are great.
