Either way certain players have to go. You cannot be a Manchester United player and just play well for a manager you like. He knows more about football than you. I bet you wouldn’t. What does that say about how you see things…..and the world? Bruno thrives for Portugal because he’s not the 1st - 5th best player or athlete on the pitch. He cannot be consistent every game for UTD because he’s an average footballer. He can run, shoot and pass. All basic requirements. He cannot dribble, break lines or tackle consistently. He’s all over the pitch overcompensating thru effort. Effort = running around like a headless chicken. He hasn’t made anyone better. Hojlund, RASHFORD and Garnacho all struggle. These same players would have easier goals and involvement with a 28 year old PP. he is not a leader. The only way he gets better under Amorim is if he learns to play simple and bury his chances. He’s missing vs top teams. He can beat up in Lester City all he wants and some Greek team we don’t even remember. Don’t forget, he played almost every minute under ETH and is mostly responsible for his sacking.

Bruno’s stats are very good but he’s playing every minute of every game and kicking every corner or free kick. Corner kicks are horrific and barely pass the 1st defender. They have zero pace. He kicks the balls in channels for MR or Garnacho to chase. The get the ball, beat a man or two, shoot, scores but he still gets an assist. He’s the main reason why ETH had no style of play.
