He said a stupid thing, immediately apologised to the supposed impacted party and accepted it - that by very definition shows it was not malicious, it was a fumble and if he had that time again he'd no way say something so clumsy on TV. If 6 games is the defacto starting point, I agree it should be 6 games - not adding additional time because of the medium the comment was made. Knowing Spurs' luck they'll add games onto the ban, not reduce it!
