Piers reminds me of that UK advert from around 20 years ago, when the guy climbs up scaffolding as a superhero trying to rescue some balloons, and then slips and kill’s himself because he’s drunk and he thought he could do anything. Moral of the story, just because you have one good result doesn’t mean you are now gonna go on and win the league, you had the league in your hands and you choked against Villa, overconfidence will be your undoing.
