Before he was interrupted, he was gonna say Son is the ideal club captain, but not a good captain on the field. He's said this on Hotspur Hippie's show, and i fully disagree with him. He's been captain of Korea for a decade, he's a leader, he has his moments of outbursts, but yes, he's generally calm and collected much like Ange is, and that's probably what Ange wants, a captain that is an extension of himself. But for some reason, people don't think Sonny has it in him to scold people, but he does, I've been watching him since 2013.

Some elements are eternal. Perryman was talking about a players ability to read the play and move to the correct position. Understanding how the ball travels through the air when kicked a certain way and using this knowledge to make position. In a faster paced game today these abilities are more important than they were back in the 60s and 70s. They are what make an averagely skilled player a very good one and a skilled player exceptional.
