Do realize the irony of this, Clark was heartbroken over his parents being disappointed and him throwing a party, yet in season 10 he is chasing Lois Lane around his childhood home borderline naked! And I'm not even going to get into the fact of how mad John was when he caught that meta girl that could teleport making out with Clark and his bed and get three four seasons later when Lana gets superpowers they're just literally banging so hard it's causing earthquakes in Smallville! 🤣🤷‍♂️

As parents, we used to watch Smallville with our kids. While there was always dialog, sometimes they had pregnant pauses that allowed for facial expression of emotions that really sold the scene. Good luck finding that today.

The core cast on this show was lightning in a bottle.....never to be reproduced again. Annette O'Toole is one of the most underrated actresses in modern cinema. She has got range and emotes both vulnerability and strength within the same breath. Only someone with this immense talent can portray the mother of the Man of Steel and temper her performance with sterness and kindness. Kudos to Annette and the entire cast and crew for all the enjoyable hours of family entertainment that you all have given us. Thank you and hope that you all are well.
