The "#ensundia" or # butter of the pig and the # tallow of the goats and sheep, preserved in salt for a few days, are the main ingredients for the production of the traditional "tallow balls". It was in 1997 when in the Pyrenean town of San Juan de Plan they prepared this culinary #ingredient for us so that the #shepherds could make #soups in the mountains. #Documentary film
