I also have the Speed Cobra but I want to know if you can achieve those speeds heel down. And do you use the Cobra Coil or did you take it out?

I use it. My Cobra coil position is Middle.

Heel down is really only hurting you unless you're playing a lighter softer style of music.

thanks. I stopped Doing Swivel because I faced Terrible Back Pain and a little knees pain in 2018 . now I am Heel Toe user. my back and knees are ok after stopping swivel

I use double strokes now because I encountered a similar pain even though I only did it on my left foot

@@michaelcm9283 Is this pain unavoidable if i was only doing swiweling or the thing that you are doing in the video? Obviously it could be avoided by doing other techniques..but i want to get into drumming and have absolutely no clue about stuff so that's why i am curious if this pain is a practice thing or your bones and gristles wearing.

@@Mark-zi6nt I cant tell . but I faced these pain really. may be it is only cause on some people or not. i cant say surely. i think it is on me because in my childhood I worked hard for my family. I lifted so many objects which have heavy weights. it means I already have 50% Back Pain before doing Swivel. when I did swivel, I completely 100% Back Pain. like that because Swivel need to use more energy than other Techs, Heel Toe, Ankle Motion in my current years, I also need to do for my life. so I cant feel Back Pain anymore and stopped Doing Swivel and changed my tech to Heel Toe. it depends on the person who practiced if you practiced and sit on drum throne and swings your legs rightly, you may not face Back Pain I think Marthyn Jovanocic's Drum Tech Acedamy have
