Bro, i have seen many videos related to push-ups .They are saying that when we are taking push-ups our body and upper arm should not be in L-shape .It may cause problem in our shoulders . So plz make your upper arm slightly close to your body

Did u reduce this and brought the shape only through these workouts or did u go to gym or also did cardio in gym.
