In this video I build my second TT-02 kit, but in buggy form with the Neo Scorcher body shell.
The build features a few hop-ups:
- Aluminium propellor & joints
- DF-03/TT-02B Aluminium Dampers
- Sport Tuned Motor
- High Speed Spur Gear 68T
- 21T Pinion
- Aluminium motor heat sink
- Full turnbuckle set
- Dark Impact wheels
- Tamiya Dual Block C tires
- Full ball bearings
Finished off with a Hobbywing Quicrun 1060 ESC + 2S Lipo pack

That's the best score and snap technique I've seen, with the Lexan scissors assist. Nice paint job!

Thanks man 🙏🏻 in reality i still need a lot of practice with the technique, if you see the actual close ups you’ll see a lot off jagged and uneven lines 😂 the neo scorcher is an easy body so i guess i got away with it

What’s the total build time for this kit ?

Hmmm, don’t really recall, but generally a TT-02 kit takes around 2-3 uninterrupted hours for the chassis, body shell can range between 3-6 hours excluding proper paint-drying time lol

@@KevinOei thanks very much! I’m definitely going to get this kit. That’s actually ok I can do that on a day off then and leave the body for another day. Did you have to buy any bearings or anything or was the kit complete?

Not too long! The TT-02B as a whole probably takes a full day if you can do it uninterrupted 😁
