Even when you are in a relationship, don’t let him consume to the point you lose yourself in him. Instead of getting emotionally attached, teat it like a business. Dating - Bare minimum + setting high standards: set your standards so you don’t entertain anyone who doesn’t meet them. They include: wine and dine, plan thoughtful and meaningful dates for you by making an effort to understand who you are so the dates align with who you are, emotionally mature, supportive, gentleman and chivalrous and opens every (car) door for you, wants u to be a part of his world by introducing to his fam & friends, intelligent, ambitious, financially stable, knows how to drive (passenger princess life), same values and morals, matches future ideal lifestyle and dreams you have envisioned for yourself and the places you wanna visit, values his self development and invested in each other grows, biggest supporter in (creative) endeavours and cheers you on, creates safe environment for communication of needs and healthy communication for issues, gives princess treatment, gives weekly flowers. NEVER ACCEPT 50/50 - Wait 1 week during talking stage, if they don’t ask out on date (and they don’t live far away otherwise FT / call) then move on - Give people a chance to prove themselves: give them benefit of the doubt if in doubt and go on a 2nd date (1st date jitters). If 2nd date doesn’t go well, dismiss. - Communicate ur standards during dating in a chill polite way when the person has already proven themselves to you and it is getting serious. “How do you feel about X? Bc this is how I feel about it, these are my values and what is important to me when I’m dating somebody and how do you feel about it?” -> then you can reevaluate if you wanna keep dating this person. - Communicate ur standards in relationship: use positive reinforcement by praising, don’t nag. Show how grateful you are and be appreciative so he naturally will keep doing that. - If they’re not meeting your standards: leave. You can’t change a man and their actions/feelings towards you. You don’t need to put up with it, don’t come up with strategies to change them (otherwise ur operating masculine energy, feminine energy is open to receive). Men are an addition to your life, he’s not good enough if he’s not good enough. - Fix your mindset: self-love journey, solo dating, you have yourself and you’re not alone/lonely, you’re simply by yourself and enjoying your own company and self growth.

E.g. someone that’s caring, kind, cultured, emotionally mature etc What are the dream romantic gestures that I want to experience ? How do I want them to be when I’m sad? How do I want them to support me? What do our bad days look like together? How do I want them to communicate with me when shit goes wrong? What do our weekends/ home life look like together? A lot of good information. The only thing I would caution against is "Supports all of my endeavours". You want somebody to tell you if something is a bad idea. You dont want a man who co-signs bad ideas or bad behaviors. Nobody has the best idea or plan 100 percent of the time. Emotional maturity is accepting that you are not always right. The biggest take away is shared values. I love that you mention being able to have high standards without being nitpicky

So I don’t think girls should dismiss physical attraction completely, you can be physically attracted to someone and they might not have the physical features you envisioned and this happened to me in one of my more recent relationship which was close to being successful. All in all, there’s a difference between chemistry vs. being shallow.

I am 36 in October and I've had to date in secret all til now. That has been a huge hinderance. I'm south Indian and I find out parents are more stricter. I'm glad I did try to date the men I did. All of them were long except my last. This was a really good video. I am still fighting cultural issues to feel independent in order to even feel free in the dating world. It's been a major block but hopefully not too soon. Communication for me is also important though so I would notice how they text me or call. My last relationship ended since he was horrible at communicating.

Some just can't get it together with communicating, and the funny part is that it's free. this is my main issue w the guy I've currently got

36? commen on, you are out, no one would like to recycle you. maybe a 59 years old rich man, no one your age, nor yourger, nor older, well 25 years older than you yeas
@sunvavachi Жыл бұрын
@@aj3866 what do you mean? I'm quite a good daughter to them and do listen. Just because I am 36 in October doesn't mean I did anything wrong. I am quite traditional and you don't know me. So don't make a judgement so fast lad.
@sunvavachi Жыл бұрын
@@RLifestyle453 communication is definitely important in a relationship. If it's not there, leave! Learned that from my mom! 😂...but ya communication also with parents are tough but I'm learning to slowly have my boundaries while still respecting them etc and it's working out slowly. :)

Just got out of a relationship where i was so attatched to him & only felt safe with him & felt lost & unsafe on my own. Im on my own journey now on self love & setting higher standards, i realize now he was giving the bare minimum. Iv let men use me & my body way too many times in the past & now im no longer going to let them make me feel pressured into sex. Time to stand up for myself & be happy on my own, until i find a man who can be everything iv ever dreamed of.

A man who wants me to be part of his world ❤ I was so hurt before because i can feel like he doesnt want me to be part of his world or to be part of his life. He doesnt want to stay, because he said we have a different path in life. And i realized that yes we are in the different world. I have a lot of goals in life and pursuing to be successful on my career while he is busy scamming people. We are indeed different. Thanks for this video i figured all of it how i become from zero standard to have a higher standard. ❤
@loe7068 Жыл бұрын
When you love & accept yourself, you won‘t have to have these bare minimums in mind & think about it to control what people do. Just love yourselves babes and meet people & explore yourself. How are you with different people? Who brings out the best in you, really? And then build your circle & your man will fit into it

18:42 is something very serious to listen to. My mom back in the day tried to tell me I should tell a man how to treat me but same man can turn around do that to someone else…. Not bashing mom but that was her mindset at the time. I’m very glad I ran into your channel as I recently just got of a bad engagement. I’m about to rewatch all your vids. new *sub* I started at 2024 vision board 😆

Hi! I really wanted to say that you helped me realize the thing that I didn't want to recognize. When I first saw this video I felt uncomfortable, so I put off watching it. After I had a conversation w my boyfriend (he’s nice and kind but is shy w money) I came back to this video. I think I realized that I liked the bare minimum cuz I never got the bare minimum ever in my life before. (This is my second time dating so it’s kinda obvious). Thanks to you I got the chance to recognize my standards and what I want in dating. Also I feel like this video gave me permission to cut him off without guilt. We were not a match, that’s all. So I really wanted to say, thank you so much for helping me and other people.

Hi Tam, Your videos are helping me so much to heal my past wounds and build a fresh new mindset in all areas of my life. whether it maybe love, relationships, friendship, femininity you have covered it all. you are a blessing. Thank you so so so much. I want to request you, can you make a video on how to be consistent in the self love journey or career? because I find myself shifting things but sliding into the old toxic self sabotaging patterns again.

I never wanted gifts, doors opened for me, flowers delivered, dates planned, for him to pay so much or even go anywhere, I dont even mind if he's poor, I dont care, all I've ever wanted was pure love. and for me that doesnt show through expensive gifts, it shows in how he looks at me, how he can talk to me, how we spend time together, no matter where we are and we are happy together and make each other even more complete.

I’ve read a lot of books, but women’s magic truths on borlest is on another level. It doesn’t just talk about vague concepts-it reveals secret techniques that can actually help you attract almost anything you want in life. This isn’t some watered-down law of attraction; it’s the real deal. You won’t believe what you’re missing out on until you read it.

I feel love is about giving and not being greedy to expect anything in return..yeah have standards ofcourse just don't be so attached to their behaviours that if they don't give you princess treatment you end up hurting yourself! You should be your own source of happiness ❤ Loved the video though..it gave a new perspective
