I love peanut butter and chocolate together. I've made a few after seeing it made on Pioneer woman about 4 years ago. The difference is the sugar. 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar. And no vanilla extract. Both versions are so, so very delicious. I only use JIF, too. A very bold peanut taste. "Choosy moms choose JIF". They got that right. ☺☺

@@beverlyharward9631 Absolutely! The filling is: 1 packet of Kool-Aid, 1 can of condensed milk and 1 tub of Cool Whip . Mix and chill an hour or two. It gets really thick. It's typically served in a Graham cracker crust and we top with Cool Whip. It's so good! We have a full video for it on our channel if you'd like to see how we put it together.

Delish! I made it for the family this weekend. I made it dairy free, because of family allergens, and used Trader Joe's Vegan Cream Cheese (a nice firm faux cream cheese), SO Coconut whipped topping (in a tub like cool whip), natural peanut butter (put in a flea of salt, because natural peanut butter isn't very salty), the vanilla extract, and mini dark chocolate chips (no dairy). The Oreo crust is already dairy free...so BONUS! This is ahhhhhmazing. We'll be keeping this in rotation!

Love this pie! Have made one for years, using WOW Butter, because my grandson is severely allergic to peanuts. (That's an awesome sub for peanut butter, if someone needs it!) But, I have never, ever piped cool whip!! How pretty! So doing that next time!

I love Peanut Butter Pie. I have used vanilla wafers or Nutter Butter cookies to make a crust. I use confectioner's sugar instead of granulated. It is such a good pie..

Why do you use granular sugar as a opposed to confectioners?

@@CollardValleyCooks ok thank you for answering. I used a sugar free sweetener and used the granules and it didn't dissolve. The pie was delicious but you could feel the crystals in the texture. I'm going to try a confectioners sugar free next time.
