It's crazy how food that would be considered unappealing and cheap for the poor is now very well sought after and have strangely become very expensive. Oxtails use to be cheap, but now they can run about 20-30 Dollars a pack. Looks delicious

I’m a KZbinr myself and I do have a cooking channel and that’s how you do oxtails because I’ve seen people on KZbin and TikTok, just boiling oxtails and calling themselves oxtail king.
