I feel like that absorbstion with that d3 k2 product is so legit. I keep feeling overcaffeinated and have unintentionally been drinking less and less coffee and I really feel like its because my body is absorbing it more readily. I have no choice but to wait till later in the morning to even think about coffee

I hope EMDR therapy works for you! I did it for over a year after a traumatic event in college and it genuinely really helped me get my life back. I always love watching your videos, it’s like FaceTiming with a sister or best friend 🤍💗
