INGREDIENTS For Grilled Chops ( electric grill / charcoal / grill pan )
Lamb Chops - 800
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp or to taste
Turmeric - 1/ 4 tsp
Cumin - 3/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 3/4 tsp
Tandoori masala / tikka masala - 1 tsp
Raw Papaya paste - 1 tsp
lemon juice -2 tbsp
salt - to taste or 1 tsp
yoghurt - 1 tbsp
Red color - optional
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
INGREDIENTS FOR PRESSURE COOKED LAMB CHOPS
Lamb Chops - 800

Salt - 1/4 tsp
Yoghurt - 1 1/2 tbsp
For the Marinade
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp or to taste
Turmeric - 1/ 4 tsp
