As the heroes in the story have gotten more established these two especially got singled out as among the weaker S-Class in One Punch Man, as their showings generally have been pretty poor. This has led to people debating who is really the weakest strongest hero. I hope to have finally settled the debate and answered all major questions, and came to a solid answer on who really wins...

On one hand PPP has been a lot more feats including multiple resistances to statuses and tanking a hit from a cadre that terrified Nyan. While you said it annoyed him, I just reread the manga this week and he was absolutely terrified. There is no feats to show TTM could survive being impaled. Not only that but PPP took a pumbling from Garou and was fine a few chapters later while fuhr ugly absolutely shredded TTM. He left him as “ground beef”. This was a Garou that had all his bones broken by Darkshine who only lost to ugly after he became corrosive (it melts a whole in a sword masters skull). Considering Darkshine was completely unharmed by steel punching evil natural water and he completely no sold him, most likely normal fuhr ugly could do anything to Darkshine. So PPP tanked a similar power that destroys TTM. Not only that but the more damage PPP takes the more powerful his vibration, and there are no feats to prove TTM could take him out before that Not to say TTM can’t win, because it might go both ways. TTM has literally tossed PPP casually thousands of feet in the air while he was in a building, with other heroes, including the near 600 pound Darkshine. So he could just keep grabbing the ground beneath him and tossing but that would probably not be enough since there is no way that would be effective to Darkshine and he can also casually lift him

I mean TTM surviving the fuher ugly beatdown is way worse than anything PPP has been shown to survive lol, he himself states he couldnt stand up after 1 barrage of SLEEPING Garou who personally i think is weaker than the enhanced FU we saw beat up TTM. Personally I like to look back at how these 2 did against dragon level opponents in their fights. PPP got hte luckiest matchup possible in the MA arc because he faced the one cadre that wouldn't absolutely body him lol. Nyan has a weakness to emotional expression which is why he didnt even fight PPP (Hell while Nyan was YAWNING and holding back he almost killed PPP). Now for TTM: We see him make Gums struggle the MOST. Gums didnt show that kind of effort against tatsumaki's barrier or Pig God. Being able to hold back Gums bite like this requires, at least physically. dragon level strength. So I do think TTM does have the strength to physically put PPP down.

I rly know to little to comment on the quality of ur arguments but I'm still happy that my boy gets some love here. Tanktop is still one of my favs. The scene where he trys to let Garou go is so sick. The moment he tries to turn around and sneak attack he already has a giant fist in his face. Reminds me of the time in JoJos when Jotaro fought Deep Blue Moon and he tries to jump in the water Jotaro punches him in the face like a hundred times before he reaches it.

I really like TTM as well, I wish we could see more of him. Maybe some new tank tops that grant him different skills. Or maybe something like the tanktops are limitators for his true strength, when ripping his shirt he actually becomes a lot more powerful, would be fun to see something different on him

I don't think TTM can beat PPP. At best Tanktop should be stronger based on the evidence you provided, but Puri should be faster, and in raw durability they should be equal, but Puri has his armour and the ability to regenerate which I believe would make him have a much betger endurance, in turn making Tanktop unable to knock him out before Puri can just use vibration amped attacks thanks to Tanktop damaging him and would win. So even using the arguments you provided in this video, TTM still can't win xd. I will have to say PPP wins 7/10 times against TTM in a hard-diff fight. Nice vid anyways!

I think you underestimated sleeping Gauro and downplayed Puri Puri, but besides that, it's a relatively compelling argument. It would probably be much closer than most people think.

To be fair, Garou wasn't getting hit by MB at all during their whole fight. that could build an argument for TTM potentially being faster, but I don't think it could make one for him being stronger seeing how we didn't know how much base (or even pumped up MB) could've pushed Garou physically.

In my opinion, puri puri prisoner has better attack potency. Vakuma is Above Deep sea king level as he took out a demon level that was the same as Deep sea king. Vakuma being above that ultimately concludes Above Demon or approx. Puri puri prisoner was in base form while performing this feat with No difficulty. While Tank Top master got low-mid diff by garou, (granted garou did take damage but that was when he didn’t use his technique) Garou only has show High demon level feats.

Force equals mass*acceleration 9:22 perhaps Mr. Platinum uses his head and it acts like a whip so it has more launching power than we think, It's a flexable platinum whip with enough force to launch Zombie man, Iaian, atomic samurai, and puri puri prisoner several meters, could be relative to a A-class hero's power or a really hard slap. Genos being as strong as Tank Top Master doesn't make Tank Top Master as strong as you think. For starters TTM only has strength and durability going for him. EC Genos on top of having his level of strength has super strong firepower, greater speed (Sonic and Awakened cockroach fights) and versatility. Thus TTM doesn't scale at all to the level of EC Genos as overall Genos Is a lot of times stronger. What makes Puri Puri Impressive was enduring for as much as he did against Garou, Garou by that point was several times stronger than his Hero Hunt Time. Garou One shotted Royal Ripper (when previously he couldn't), fought Rover (punched him hard), fought Orochi (he was able to block His attack and was getting Faster during their fight). Even if he wasn't using the Water stream fist when he attacked Puri he was arguably stronger than Garou when he was Hero hunting. While you could give the strength to Tank Top Master, Puro has everything else (except speed). Puri has better endurance and durability (thanks to his regeneration) And better attack potency thanks to his vibration power. PPP would just Outlast TTM as any damage TTM can make on PPP Is gonna be useless due to the regeneration of PPP. But PPP can harm TTK quite easily. Puri wins

TTM being as strong as the end of s2 Genos is actually a big deal. Considering how Genos at s1 was trading blows with DSK (you know the dude who low diffed him at s1) just shows there was already a gap in power between PPP and TTM in the beginning. Remember Garou/Bang's martial art literally reflects the power of an opponents attack TWICE back at the opponent so that means TTM was literally getting punched by 2x genos (manga chapter 49) and he still didnt go down (he does go down but that is also after being bombarded by continuous crushing water techniques). I understand PPP is now beyond DSK now but thats still a crazy gap when you think about it. I think people overestimate PPP surviving the sleeping garou barrage (yes its impressive but after 5 hits WITH his bristle armor PPP even admits he couldn't even stand anymore). TTM also has the ridiculous feat of still being alive after being stomped by ugly (who is way stronger than SLEEPING Garou was). It is also note worthy that we know when garou is unconscious he is weaker than his awake self as well because of his crude muscle coordination. TTM and PPP is also an interesting matchup because both have evolutions (magic vs PPP evolution). Like i would honestly give TTM the edge in durability here because of the ridiculous ugly feat lol. Both have good stamina as well so it could go either way at that point.

Lets not forget that unconcious garou after a few hits made PPP say and I quote " I can't stand" even WITH his bristle armor. You are acting like PPP's arms wouldn't also break with just 1 swing from ugly lol. Dude in the acid form was literally able to match darkshine the most physically gifted s class member (the acid didn't make him stronger it just made him physically immune to most attacks).

PPP is better than TTM in techniques & ability. Unlike TTM which only relies on superhuman physique, PPP also relies on the ability to manipulate vibrations and manipulate hair. These two capabilities are able to strengthen PPP. Even though TTM is stronger in strength, PPP is still better in terms of technique and ability. In my opinion, Puri Puri Prisoner > Tank Top Master (Hard Win) Oh, I almost forgot. If you read the webcomic, you will see where they fight against a large army of robots. And that's when you will clearly see the difference in their strengths, especially their effectiveness in fighting robot troops.

You might want to reread it but TTM was also low diffing entire machine armies too. He is later caught up in the blasts because he was protecting his subordinates which is why he couldnt counter attack but stayed on defense.

Instead of getting hurt by the laser attacks, he instead deflected all the attacks using the Saint Angel Ring. He even had time to counterattack and destroy the robot troops with the moves he had. Not only that, he even destroyed Machine God Slice with just one powerful blow, which Machine God Slice was at least at the Demon threat level. Very different from TTM which could only withstand attacks from robot troops, even being told to evacuate by Neo Hero.

If you reread the chapter TTM physically couldnt move from his position or relse the other heros wouldve died. PPP had more leg room to work with. The prisoners also stepped back away from PPP which allowed him to actually engage the enemies without worrying about them. Also we saw TTM low diff tons of robots prior to him taking a stand to defend the heros.

@@murian1212 it's not a matter of the situation, look at how they protect their men. TTM was even very overwhelmed when resisting various laser attacks. Very different from Puri Puri who casually deflected all the lasers with her hands. Even if Puri Puri was in the same condition as TTM, where he had to protect his fallen men, Puri Puri could do things better than TTM. He has Bristle Armor which can increase his defense. Even without Bristle Armor, he has resistance to pain and energy attacks. He can protect his men without being overwhelmed like TTM.

I feel like you're heavily downplaying Puri here. So what if he used a special move against Psyrochi? It's still part of his arsenal so that's part of his AP Also you say that reacted worse to Garou's attacks, but Garou was asleep, that was basically a sneak attack. And he still put up bristle armor Not to mention he'd go on to be strong enough to react to Platinum - a lot of the heroes there did not, they just got hit. The attack was for CE, not him but he was fast enough to get in front and protect them There's also no reason that Iaian taking it is an antifeat too since he obviously gets stronger as well. And even in the Webcomic Puri just defeats a Dragon while TT keeps struggling, obviously not the same continuity but shows that yeah Puri is meant to be that much stronger afyer the Monster Association Arc

It's still part of his arsenal so that's part of his AP" the problem is, that special move requires him to absorb hits from other people, which he can't in this case. react to PS is also not a good feat, he was holding back by an unquantifiable amount, both iaian and AS were injured and extremely fatigue, ZM doesn't have good reaction feats, and CE reacted to it too. which doesn't really make it impressive also, he didn't claim it to be an antifeat because iaian took the hit, he used that to explain why "PPP took a hit from PS" is not a valid feat. like, there's nothing suggesting he got stronger since melzagard fight, if anything, he's weaker due to losing one arm. even if I give you the benefit of the doubt and say he got stronger, there's no explanation on how much, for all we know, he's still only A2 in ranking and is weaker than all of the S class and amai mask

What do you think of powerscaling these guys? Wang Ling, Medaka, Anos Voldigoad, Rimuru Tempest, and Jin Mori? These characters are some powerful heavy hitters who aren't covered that much by most powerscaling channels who a few or couple have ever done them and they are quite original subjects. Though I will warn you many bad powerscalers oversaturate many of these guys with terrible boundless and outerversal paradigms they don't test to prove them. Using logic fallacies and fragmented passages they don't bother understanding and conveniently leave out many details to overly hyper inflate entire arcs.

Wang≈ low multi/infinite speed, mori≈galaxy, the other 3 have anime and manga versions which scale wildly. Medaka and anos in the anime are like planetary+/immesrable speed. Rim≈ country, while the manga rim, medaka, and anos are multiversal+/immesrable speed with crazy hax. Medaka and Rim have outer arguments to. In my scaling you can see I did leave out some info like speed I'm not sure or don't care to scale certain speeds like MHS or relativistic.

@@jx8903 most machine gods are weak af. Just because TTM failed against a dragon, doesn’t mean he is weaker than Puri, because there are levels of dragons. Monster Bakuzan for example would get utterly destroyed by Rover, Gouketsu, Platinum S, and so on.

@@renocicchi7346 Ok but still there's no proof that the Machine God that fought PPP Is any weaker than the Dragon level monster TTM fought. I'm not saying that by default TTM Is weaker because he didn't defeat that monster, since the poisonous gas was affecting him, but as I already replied there's no solid proof that the Monster he fought was particularly stronger than the Dragon level Machine God PPP defeated, so they are even at the very least, and he has insane pain tolerance too so he won't go down easily. If we want to go higher PPP was capable of clashing against Raiden (without the Neo suit) and tank several blows from him with the Neo suit without getting knocked out, he's seemingly more impressive than TTM at this point tbh.

@@jx8903 if we don’t have proof either way with which dragon is stronger (I would say the smoker monster was stronger because his smoke destroyed a whole city, while the fastest machine gods was only Mach 3. It’s terrible evidence, but it’s better than nothing), then we have to use statements on who is stronger, and all the statements say it’s TTM. We saw him throw a building at the dark matter ship in like a second. His power is clearly vastly way above Puri. We also see him create shockwaves when running against Garou, while we never see Puri create shockwaves implying Puri isn’t even Mach 1. TTM only seems weak because he keeps fighting guys way above him, and was countered by Garou who targeted his vitals which I doubt the neo heroes did against Puri. But I will gladly say Puri is more adaptable and more durable, but TTM is faster and waaay stronger

Tbh there's no clear speed scaling in the WC as it is in the manga, it could be fast for another characters and dragon level monsters (speaking only about the WC), anyway Heavy Smoker has no showings to be particularly strong among Dragon levels. 3. Early PPP scales way above the likes of Hammer Head, whose minions can one shot skyscrapers, not saying that HH > TTM, but the feat you choose to scale TTM above PPP isn't exactly the best example (and if I remember well, it was a giant boulder, not a whole building). 4. There's 0 shockwaves in the WC.

PPP absolutely tanked that Nyan attack. For him to regen from a OHKO before he even hits the ground would be even more impressive than tanking the hit, but we know that's not the case because hits that actually knock him out later make him stay down for longer. With how high your standard was for proving that sleeping Garo was *really trying* when he beat down PPP, I think you need to then apply the same standard to human Garo fighting TTM, pre-water stream. It's not like Garo says "I'm trying my hardest but can't scratch him. Time to bring out my ULTIMATE MOVE!!". In fact, I don't think Garo ever even threw a punch at TTM pre-water stream. Instead, it's "Oops, it slipped out", I.e. A reflexive reaction to getting punched in the face, like when you tap someone's knee and it makes them kick a little.
