Idk in my opinion its not fair to state that saitama would lose to anyone simply because his power is nerfed by the world he is in. Infinite growth is not fair in any verse. Think about it saitama is insane when the fight started they emited enough power to destroy galaxies and garou is copying him and saitama grows exponentially again and again and again. To the point that the last copy saitama was then strong enough to be bored to just stop it. Saitama never once shows signs of taking damage. So in my opinion if he were to see how strong goku is he has the ability to make himself that strong. Just because he doesnt have the feats yet to scale to that level doesnt mean he doesnt have the ability to hes just held back by the verse hes in

The thing that makes me think about adult Gon vs Meruem is that Meruem attempted to kill Pitou when he hit them but did no damage, while adult Gon hit Pitou and did crazy damage
