I started playing this recently. I've got mixed feelings. The only games I managed to get going was Italy and republican Spain. Spain was a pain, no pun intended. Every one else Ive tired I just get stuck on the line because the ai gets 1000 defense and attack bonuses semi surrounded on an open plain. Or the ai just has a superior force and no amount of racing changed that. I managed to push through toKönigsberg once as Poland before they flatted my front line. Might try the German civil war next, since the Spanish one went well for me. Just not really interested in playing axis, us, or Britain.
