Hello my dear viewer. I prepare a video for you how to cook Tantuni, which is one of the most popular street delicacies in Turkey. The feature of tantunin is that the meat used is chopped into small pieces and served wrapped in thin lavash. It is usually made with red meat or chicken. On the other hand, I am sharing the recipe of LIVER TANTUNI with you by making it more practical and economical. Believe me, it is very delicious :) Even children do not understand that it is liver :)
INGREDIENTS:
- Liver (chicken liver 250 gr.)
- Onion (1 pc)
- Pepper (Red and green) (2 pcs)
- Parsley
- Tomatoes (2 pcs)
- Tomato paste (1 tablespoon)
- Salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder
HOW TO COOK IT?
1) First of all, boil the livers in slightly salted water and drain.
2) Finely chop the onion, peppers, greens and tomatoes. Finely chop the boiled liver.
3) Roast the ingredients on a plate (specific pan) or in a pan, add tomato paste, salt, spices and mix all of them. Add the chopped liver and fry for another 5-10 minutes on low heat.
4) You can serve liver tantuni with lavash or with bread.
