Hi Brad. It's a month ago since I commented that I'm using this "I can" tapping. I've been depressed for huge chunks of my life but since I started using this tapping round I have felt happiness! I have started taking better care of myself and making plans to train, be self employed again. I'm 64 years old. 65 in May. My profile pic was taken last year. I am determined to recover from PTSD, and so far, so good. If I do fall, I know where to find your tapping videos to get back up again. THANK YOU!!! kx

By the time I completed this exercise, I felt willing to do things I had a desire to complete things that I had started to do and never finished them,. I am excited about my new attitude.

Wow, I cried a little, been struggling to free myself from doubt and insecurities for years, i ve changed a lot, but this really helps to continue doing and persisting. I like the simplicity of the fact that the statement "i can't" is false, you dont know that, but "i can" is true, for everyone. Thank you Brad, youre awesome!

Thank you. I needed this. I’m 54 and my cobworkers are in their 30’s and 20’s. Even though I’ve worked there a decade longer than they have, and I trained them when they came, They are surpassing me and I have to try to keep up with them. And today is the day I am going to try new skills at work. I’m gonna make it!

Why do you need to keep up with them? Are you ñot happy where you are?

After this one I want to hug you Brad. I’ve been tapping almost every day for a few months now, but this is the first time since I started tapping again that I cried during a session! Clearly this touched on something deep for me and I realize how much this belief/fear has held me back throughout my life. This was just so awesome all around. Thank you for your gracious service to humanity Brad, much love ❤

Hi Brad. I think you might be interested to know that I am tapping on "I can look after myself, I can learn to love myself, I can face my fears, I can heal, I can wake up happy, I can face the day, I can find a purpose to living". I'm recovering from narcissistic abuse and, besides grieving for the loss of the love I thought existed, it's the mental confusion and self doubt that seems to cause so much pain and distress. This "I can" tapping, together with the "Attitude adjustment" tapping are a very helpful combination. Thank you again. kxx

Brad, this is so interesting. Harvey Jackins said our 'patterns' or programming, wake up just before we do. Because of my PTSD I wake up in a poor state of mind and emotion. I decided to use this particular tapping video to tap on the fact I can wake up happy. Wow, it produced so much yawning, I could only hear part of what you were saying! I'm going to persevere with this one. I can do it! Thank you so much. Kim x

Thank you Brad for this. My driving teacher was very discouraging today and it made me feel bad and doubt my abilities. This really helped to clear it away and feel better and confident! Thank you x

Thank you very much. Many people say to me "You can't do that." My mum and my friends say that. I can be happy. I want to live with the man I love and to have children with him one day.

I felt so emotionnal as from 9''. This resonates deep down. It was so delightful hearing you "telling me" I'm amazing. My parents never told me. Instead they just brought out what I wasn't enough. Even though I'm an adult now, and succcessful, I kept their words as my internal dialogue. Thank you for helping me change this inner dialogue!

Motivation through clarification is extremely potent, Brad strips the resistance to "I can", layer by layer, until you really understand what has been holding you back. I have only been through this once, and can only imagine the life-changing potential down the road.

Just recently I learned to do something that I've thought I'll never be capable of. It proves it is not good to label yourself that you can't do something. But the problem is it sometimes takes time to learn something. It took me a year to learn to paint watercolor flowers. And many times I used to say that I will never learn, it was a waste of time, I should have do something else. As I see good painters I think to myself that it will take me years and years to learn. The problem is how to enjoy the way, the tries, doing things. How to stop thinking that it is waste of time whet results do not come at once. I mean I wish to enjoy painting itself and stop thinking that I just wasted 4 hours if the particular pictrue was not good enough. Besides thank you Brad for those videos, I see huge good changes in myself because of tapping with you.
