I'm so grateful to start this year, this morning, with fatigue, tears and hope. I'm finally opening to RAIN. It seems a tired mind and vulnerable state was the doorway I needed. Thanks so much.

Great talk. Shame is a feeling that I’m not ok. John Bradshaw’s books were considered ground breaking work on shame. Addiction is a shame based behavior.

If we say "no not now" to trauma, when can we say yes to trauma? I feel like I'm constantly just putting off processing trauma, even with therapists. I don't get it.

I’ve felt this all my life and I’m white as snow. There’s a caste system that’s about money not color.
@luxevintage5445
@luxevintage5445 3 жыл бұрын
I think it's multi-factor... A white millionaire entrepreneur is higher on the caste than a black millionaire entrepreneur. But that black millionaire entrepreneur is higher on the caste than any broke white (or non-white) person. Out of two equally broke people, the person of colour is often viewed as lower on the caste.
