I had no idea I needed this. During this talk, I got that feeling I got during Reiki class. That release. The epiphany I needed. The stream of tears releasing years of severe self aversion that causes most of my treatment resistant depression. You may have changed my life. Reading the other comments, it would seem your good at that. Thank you for making the world a better place, from the heart of each person you’ve reached. ❤

Ok, my s;weet girl, that statement ....accepting the life that is here. I am in a Kundalini Awakeining process. It has been rough. The isolation and not feeling well in my body for so long has created an almost paniked feeling about my situation,. A feeling tha I am.not going to stay sane...that I will lose it....non acceptance. The idea this shouldn't be happening or the idea I am not doing it right. If I were doing it right I would just flow with life. Thanks for being the Guiding Light that you are. You are so insturental in my maintaining mental health. Namaste'

Given the tragic state of the planet, and that the human species is the species wrecking the place, its been difficult not to begin to dislike humans as a group. Yes imperfections are the nature of nature and humans exemplify the absolute worst and the best qualities. My concern with a Love and accept everyone approach is its naivete in the face of human cruelty, this prompts me to take a peaceful warrior position. Yes peace...but don’t ffff with me, this to me appears reasonable given how terrible humans can be.Thoughts?

I mean I think the cause of suffering comes both from out desires being upset but suffering also occurs outside the self. Hence we can't just accept our imperfections and prevent our pain. Because in turn you will be allowing or even causing pain to others

For whatever reason it happened for you to learn and grow. The pain can't be for nothing. It has to be for a higher purpose. I can't imagine that we would be exposed to so much suffering, without it being to benefit us in some way.
