Three Blessings in Spiritual Life, Part 1: Forgiveness - Tara Brach
This 3-part series explores three capacities we all have, that when cultivated, bring spiritual awakening and serve the healing of our world. Drawing on an ancient teaching story from India, we explore together the power of a forgiving heart, the inner fire that expresses as courage and dedication, and the inquiry of “who am I” that reveals our deepest nature. I am a Native American Stone Deliverer (a simple kind of quantum entanglement prayer practice), and I became a Buddhist in 1985 when I was given a gohonzon by NSA Buddhist Members in San Francisco. I practiced for 12 years and then semi practiced for another 12 years. Actually, I have always been a buddhist meditator and have been mentally connected to it all this time. I believe that Native people of the Americas can greatly benefit from Buddhism. Zak Flying Around (Chippewa Cree)

Good morning Tara❤ Thank you 😊 Really enjoyed this subject and visual meditation, it's helpful for me to center my priorities, learning and working on forgiveness to myself and then with understanding have healthy boundaries, but forgiveness to others without blame. Your just Awesome Tara. Have a Blessed Day 😮

Thank you, Tara. I agree with what you say about the lag-time getting shorter through spiritual training, but only if I stay with the painful feelings for as long as they last ❤
