Hi Todd. Thank you for your videos. I have a question. The Brazilian amplifier has 4 output transistors to-220 marked "H6". Gate capacitance 11.5nF. RDS-0.1ohm. Supply voltage 83V. Driver ic "C3". looks like irs20957. .if it doesn't bother you, tell me, what is the actual type of output transistors? Thank you. Sergey

The H6 will be a 4115 transistor. Hope this helps and thank you for the support!

@@ellensburgamplifier Thanks for the answer. I was confused by the shutter capacity. according to datasheet 4115 it is about 6-7nF, while the original "H6" measured 11.5 nF..

Quick question…lol. The solder on the Taramps boards.. How hot does that gotta be before it melts?

That is a good question! The original solder is Pb-free so it has a higher melting point than what I use for repairs. All of the irons and desoldering stations are set to between 700 and 740 degrees F.
