Its fine, just practice in the shower, you can yell all you want there, ive gotten way better because of it, im practicing on my highnotes right now but nobody can tell you anything in there, just lock the door

Something that I would be interested in is exercises for counter tenors to go from your head voice into the counter tenor mixed voice smoothly without it sounding like 2 different voices or cracking
